1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, tracking pages, admin tools, APIs, or related services operated by Paradise Container Services, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If a user does not agree with these terms, the user must not use the website, request services, or access protected shipment information.

These terms apply to prospective customers, existing transport clients, consignment stakeholders, authorized representatives, and integration users connecting to our tracking system.

2. Service Scope

Paradise Container Services provides logistics and transport-related services, including container transport, shipment coordination, consignment tracking, milestone reporting, and API-based visibility services for approved enterprise clients.

Website content and tracking data are provided to support transport operations and customer visibility. Any additional commitments, commercial rates, service levels, or delivery obligations are governed by separate quotations, service orders, transport contracts, or client agreements.

  • Transport planning and execution for containerized and commercial consignments.
  • Tracking visibility for shipment progress, milestone confirmations, and delivery status updates.
  • Restricted API access for approved enterprise clients and internal integration use cases.

3. Website and Tracking Usage Rules

Users must use the website and tracking system only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not disrupt operations, compromise security, or expose confidential consignment information.

  • Do not attempt to access another client’s consignments, containers, or tracking data without authorization.
  • Do not misuse forms, inject malicious content, scrape protected data, or interfere with APIs, logins, or session controls.
  • Do not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit shipment data except as permitted under an active business relationship or written authorization.
  • Do not share admin credentials or API keys with unauthorized individuals or systems.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for submitting accurate information, keeping credentials confidential, and ensuring that shipment references, contacts, and escalation data supplied to Paradise Container Services are complete and current.

  • Verify that booking details, consignee contacts, delivery addresses, and container references are correct.
  • Use tracking information responsibly and only for the consignments or accounts assigned to the user.
  • Promptly report unauthorized activity, lost credentials, suspicious API behaviour, or inaccurate shipment milestones.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Paradise Container Services aims to provide dependable transport visibility and website availability, the website and tracking system are provided on an "as available" basis. Tracking events may depend on operational confirmation, partner inputs, driver updates, hub scans, and external systems.

Paradise Container Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website downtime, delayed tracking updates, external network failures, traffic conditions, customs processes, weather disruption, force majeure events, or inaccurate information supplied by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

6. Changes and Contact

Paradise Container Services may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, legal, security, or service changes. Updated versions take effect from the published effective date on this page.
